Home!

It's feels so good going home! After a tough month at work, it's nice going home to Mom, adult beverages, and the Morning Room with the fireplace. Ultra relaxing! :) An hour drive is perfect. It gives me enough time to listen to a book on tape by Nora Roberts and get totally lost in it by the time I'm home so I can leave work at work. I love that about books on CD especially when you have a good reader/author.

Mom and I talked for a while and then we ate some of Aunt Sharon's cheeseball that she made especially for me while we watched White Christmas with a Blue Moon. Can life really get any better? :) I l watch White Christmas every year and love the music and dancing. I always wanted to dance like Vera Ellen. Hard to believe she had the smallest waist in the 1950's. I go back and forth with Bing or Danny. One year it would be Bing for his singing and the next would be Danny for his comedy. It's even this year. I have a different feel for it now that I've really have been dancing so it's even better now.
