Holiday Aftermath

Well, back to the grind at work. Holidays were nice and relaxing. Friday, I got home late and sat by the fire with mom and a beer. Very relaxing and then we watched White Christmas. Saturday was spent getting the food ready for the Christmas Eve night. Grandma and Grandpa came about two in the afternoon. We went to the four o'clock service and saw a lot of people I hadn't seen in a while. I saw my horse friends, Julie and Deesa. Didn't get a chance to talk to Deesa.

After church, my brother Levi and I went to his place to get something and we picked up his friend Rally's dog. I didn't think I would get a chance to see her again. We were commenting that Levi finally brought a girl home that we liked. We told dad that and he immediately asked "What is it?" Levi's roommate had moved back in with him after a month of living with a girl. So Levi's solution was to write up a clause in the lease that if he moves out again, he gets to keep the dog. I like that idea. :0

Afterwards, Levi, Cousins Hannah and Eli, and I went to Reggies. It was pretty quiet there which I like. I got to see my old classmate "Har Mar Superstar." I had to laugh. He looks like an old man for being famous in Europe. We took it pretty easy. Christmas day was just chilling with the rest of the crew. My youngest nephew kept giving the "power to the people" move. It was cute. I actually had a nice time and didn't think about being single hardly at all. I heard from Rich briefly by FB on Christmas Eve so that made my weekend.

Monday was a chill day getting ready for the work week. I did not want to go in, but it started off slow and again wondered why I worry about stuff. I did better than I had in the past, but I still thought about it. I need to let stuff go. I have no idea how to do that.
