The next night I went to a physics thing in Rochester with Brett, Reagan, and Kristen Kopp. The lecture was way over our heads and hard to sit through on a Friday night. Still, I did learn a few things about physics. It was something new to try. The car rides there and back were the best parts of course. Before we left Rochester, I made the joke "should we make like an atom and split?"Never thought I would be able to use that one when the time came for it.
This past weekend I was glad I was home because Mom's knee was hurting pretty good. I did a lot of running around for her. I felt like I could at least do something instead of hearing about it over the phone and feeling stuck.
Henry and George are slowly getting used to each other. One day they are tolerating each other and then the next they have spats. I think it's like my niece and nephew. They pretend to hate the teasing, but then they go back for more. George is on the left and Henry on the right. I hope to have good news this week.
